He shall bring it to the same condition that was received along with the accessories and equipment at the place of delivery as defined above the agreed date and time. The LEASER, during the lease, shall take all necessary measures to prevent theft of the bike or accessory and equipment. When the LEASER parks the bike has to secure it by locking it to an unmovable object and removing accessories and equipment that can easily be removed by a third party such as helmets, saddle bags, pumps etc.
In case of theft of the bike or some of the accessories and equipment, the LEASER bears the value of the replacement. Also, if the LEASER causes any damage to the bike or parts of it, will bear all costs of compensation.
The LEASER is the only responsible for any damage caused to objects or third parties injury by using the bike. The LEASER is liable to the damage he caused and he is obliged to make the necessary amends. The LESSOR is not liable to this damage.
Also the LEASER confirms to the LESSOR that he has knowledge of traffic laws applied in Greece and he is obliged to comply with them.
The rental fee is to be paid in advance by the LEASER to the LESSOR upon delivery of the bike. In case of return of the bike before the expiry of the rental period no refund can be given.
